Frank Cano

Education: Bachelor of Science Electronics Technology Devry Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL

Mr. Cano has served as Team Manager, Designer, Project Manager and Production Manager for many types of civil engineering projects since entering the field in 1989

Mr. Cano’s experience includes work as Production Manager to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and the retail team for a large civil engineering firm. During his career, Mr. Cano has worked on over 100 Wal-Mart Supercenters, Neighborhood Markets, Sam’s Clubs and expansions throughout the state of Texas, often including offsite utilities and street improvements.

Every project at Evolving, at some point, ends up with Frank. He has over 20 years experience in project production, varying from surveying, property entitlement exhibits, state & city permits, construction documents and construction administration. It is with Franks leadership that Evolving is able to provide each of its clients quality work.
